Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct a detailed analysis of current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions.
- Perform a gap analysis and provide recommendations for process enhancements or technology solutions to optimize business performance.
- Create and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
- Support and guide stakeholders during the implementation phase, including user training and change management activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and IT services.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.
- Proficiency in using various business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and convey complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Knowledge of project management, including knowledge of Agile methodologies, is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field like MBA, Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP).
